How Pocket Guardians travel to you, and what to do if one arrives and it is not the right fit.
Delivery
UK standard delivery is £2.95 and arrives within 3–5 working days. Orders over £25 ship free. UK tracked 48 is £4.50. European delivery starts at £7.95 and takes 5–10 working days. Rest of world starts at £12.95.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your Guardian leaves us.
Returns
If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging. Blind bags need to be unopened — once a bag is opened we can’t take it back, since the surprise is the product.
Email sagar@bbd.uk.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Refunds are processed within five working days of the parcel arriving back with us.
Faulty items
Every Guardian is checked before it’s packed, but if a seam, clip or embroidery isn’t right, send us a photo and we’ll replace it. Faulty returns are always at our cost.
