The terms that apply when you buy from Pocket Guardians.

Who we are
This site is operated by BB Designs Europe Ltd, registered in England and Wales, at Unit 4, Eclipse Industrial Centre, 20 Sandown Road, Watford WD24 7AE.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Prices and payment
Prices include UK VAT where applicable and exclude delivery unless stated. Payment is taken at the point of order.
Cancellation
Consumers in the UK may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See shipping & returns for how to do that, including the exception for opened blind bags.
Product information
Pocket Guardians are suitable for ages 3+. Colours may vary slightly between production runs and from how they appear on screen. Sizes are approximate.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
